Facility and Utility Responsibility
The event leader is responsible for ensuring that all lights, air-conditioning units, electrical equipment, and faucets are turned off before leaving. Water sources must be securely closed, and all rooms, restrooms, and common areas used by the group must be checked. Air-conditioning should be used only in approved rooms and during approved event hours. Please report any leak, damage, or equipment problem immediately.
